Virtual Medical Office System (VMOS) Practice Management System

VMOS is designed to help behavioral health professionals and their staff manage their practice with ease and confidence.

This knowledgebase has been created to help those who are using the system find the answers they need quickly and easily while providing step-by-step instructions on how to accomplish the desired task.

VMOS began as a simple online patient scheduling software in 2002. The first version was built without the aid of any examples as there were no systems like what we were building on the market. We did major upgrades to the system in 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, and early 2018. In late 2018, Version 2 was released which was a completely rewritten update to the software in which we added the EMR module. The system is under active development and changing based on best use cases and user input.
